Our Mission
Embody Health London champions food freedom, positive body image, mental health and emotional wellbeing through a uniquely blended scientific and holistic approach. The EHL team specialises in treating chronic dieting and eating disorders by coaching clients to build confidence and reduce anxiety around their eating habits and food choices.
Founded in 2019 by expert dietitians Ariana Rodriguez and Cassie Barnard, the EHL team specialises in helping clients cultivate their inner body wisdom through intuitive eating practices. The EHL team prides itself on delivering expert and professional coaching in a non-judgemental, approachable and fun way.

The EHL Method
The EHL team specialises in treating chronic dieting and eating disorders by coaching clients to build confidence and reduce anxiety around their eating habits and food choices. Our EHL Method draws on a unique and tailored mix of practices including NLP, CBT-E, self-compassion, mindfulness, ACT, EFT, yoga, meditation and pilates. Our multidisciplinary approach is designed to meet the individual needs of each client and to foster long term, sustainable and lasting results.
